Newborn Photo Shoot: My Presidential Nephew

This last week I had the privilege of spending time taking pictures of this cute little guy. He's my newest nephew and is amazingly cute! I already know he loves his auntie because he stayed awake the whole time and couldn't stop staring at my camera. Congratulations again to my sister and brother-in-law!

H Maternity Photos

My sister H is due with her second baby any day now and the entire family is thrilled for her! She's having a sweet little baby boy and we cannot wait to meet him. 

2 1/2

 Here's my very girly 2 1/2 year old. She was very well behaved for this photo session because I let her wear her "fancy" dress, gave her a few chocolate chips, and listened to her when she said she was done. I'm sure the difficulties of getting a 2 1/2 year old to sit still for a photo aren't behind us, but I will take what I can get as far as cooperation. :)

Let's Go to the Zoo!

Another great place to take photos while on vacation in Southern California--the San Diego Zoo! Such a beautiful place full of bright colors and interesting animals. 

 

Disneyland

 One of the things that I love the most about Disneyland are the numerous picturesque locations / moments that happen within the park. You really don't have to search far to find a gorgeous background--although sometimes it can be quite a challenge to pick the right angle for avoiding other people entering your frame. Regardless of that challenge, the rewards of snapping away at Disneyland are photos that are quite memorable.
